Planning: Through our customer’s selling forecast we manage the production of our suppliers. Buying: Consolidated purchase for many different customers at once. Bigger volume and much better prices. Storing: Safety extra supply stored appropriately in our own warehouse prepared to cover up to 30 days of future demand. Supplying: Just in time “JIT” deliveries direct to production’s line. |
